Excellent customers services when i had an issue with the lead not working on a neon a friend bought me for a Birthday present AND absolutely love my neon so will be buying myself one for another room in the house & everyone who comes in loves the smell

Very quick response and suggestions to my enquiry.
Although I just tried the sample in M&S, I find the product quality was excellent. Hopefully will buy in future.
The products are mainly geared towards women, so it’s difficult to choose for men like me.

Love Neom have now got a mini pod and a lux pod, amazing items, I use the mini in our caravan it is excellent.

The best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. Emailed to explain I’d received a well-being pod for Xmas and was having issues with it, after some speedy back and forth emails with Abbe and Codie to see if we could troubleshoot it they asked me to return mine to them at no cost to me and send me another pod. Absolutely brilliant service thanks so much

Really impressed with the customer service I have received from Emily in the customer care team. I called today as my mini well being pod didn’t seem to be working properly and wasn’t giving off any scent. I explained that I had followed all trouble shooting instructions but no joy. Without question or quibble, Emily quickly arranged for a replacement mini pod to be sent out to me at no cost to Myself and with no delivery charge. I have already received notification that My new pod has been shipped and is on its way! Also, when I mentioned I was pregnant, Emily was very kind and said that there was no rush to return the faulty pod just whenever I am in the post office, she also kindly sent me a free returns label. I honestly cannot think of a time that I have received better customer service. Also the products are incredible, smell amazing and whenever I use a neom product I always feel like I am spoiling myself! I highly recommend the ‘perfect nights sleep’ kit, this is such a treat to use and is helping me so much in my pregnancy! Thank you Emily for being so kind to me today and for making it so easy to sort the issue. Thank you to the rest of the team at Neom for promoting such fantastic customer service and for creating affordable products that add a little luxury to every day life!

Outstanding customer service. I moved house and jobs during lockdown so lost my paperwork for my mini pod and misplaced my charger. Within a few hours of contacting them asking for help they responded immediately and a new charger is en route. Should be very proud of yourselves and your staff Neom!

Had an issue with a mini pod that I bought at Christmas which was no longer charging. Contacted customer support & they were excellent. Brilliant company to deal with. Replacement mini pod on its way. Have no qualms in recommending neom or their products. Thank you customer support.

Fantastic products which goes without saying. But when my delivery went wrong thanks to DPD, Neom customer care, and I say care because they did, were amazing. So professional yet with a personal touch. They were fast to respond and act in my best interests as their customer. I was kept well informed and they resolved the issue. I have to say this is the best customer care I have experienced ever. You know you’ll be in caring hands if anything untoward occurs. I finally received my product and it is working to their high standard. I cannot thank the team enough for their thorough response. Neom is my go-to place, not only for my own well-being but also for my friends, as I rate their products highly and am proud to gift them.

I placed an order for some sale items, which arrived very quickly. However the packaging on two of the items wasn't as shown or expected. I contacted Neom via their online chat system, and after a very quick conversation and follow up email they offered to resend the product free of charge. This again was received very quickly. Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my candle. After contacting customer service I was advised how I should have used it and my lovely candle has been replaced. I did not expect to have it replaced I am very happy with the outcome.

I have purchased 5 of the pod diffusers - they are beautiful and the oils are amazing. Everybody I have given them to adores them. The customer service is incredible and products outstanding
